Guacamole
Preparation:
In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and oil. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy with plenty of Planchos.Ingredients:
- 3 Avocados
- ½ Cup diced yellow onions
- 1 Diced roma tomato (without seeds)
- 2 Cloves of minced garlic
- 3 Tablespoons of chopped cilantro
- 1 Tablespoon of canola oil
- 2 Limes (juice)
- ½ Teaspoon of salt
- 1 Finely diced jalapeno pepper
- Pinch of pepper and cumin
