Guacamole

Preparation:

In a medium bowl, mash together the avocados, lime juice and oil. Mix in the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy with plenty of Planchos.

Ingredients:

  • 3 Avocados
  • ½ Cup diced yellow onions
  • 1 Diced roma tomato (without seeds)
  • 2 Cloves of minced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons of chopped cilantro
  • 1 Tablespoon of canola oil
  • 2 Limes (juice)
  • ½ Teaspoon of salt
  • 1 Finely diced jalapeno pepper
  • Pinch of pepper and cumin
