Simple Cheese Planchos

Preparation:

Pre-heat the oven to 230C (450F) On a baking tray place a bed of approximately 100 g of Planchos and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly on top. Repeat with the remaining Planchos and cheese. Place the baking tray in the ovens middle rack and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly, about 5 minutes. Remove from oven and garnish with diced red peppers and cilantro or your favourite toppings. You can serve with a side of sour cream and guacamole.

  • 1 Cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 200 g of Planchos
