Pico de Gallo
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add to a serving bowl and enjoy them with plenty of Planchos.Ingredients:
- 1 cup diced fresh roma tomatoes
- ¾ cup diced yellow onions5
- ¾ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 limes
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- 1 finely diced jalapeno pepper
- Pinch of pepper and cumin
