Pico de Gallo

Preparation:

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl, then add to a serving bowl and enjoy them with plenty of Planchos.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup diced fresh roma tomatoes
  • ¾ cup diced yellow onions5
  • ¾ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 limes
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 finely diced jalapeno pepper
  • Pinch of pepper and cumin
